International Link Quality Degradation

We would like to inform you that we are having disruption at APCN2 Submarine Cable System Singapore - Taiwan.
It causes International link quality degradation. At the moment we are waiting for latest update detail information from the upstream.

2. Date and time of observation of Incident: 12th Aug, 1050LT.

3. Routes affected: Route : Taiwan, South Korea, Canada, USA .
